Dental implants

Advanced technology for optimal comfort

A dental implant is a small titanium screw used to replace the root of a missing tooth. This implant is inserted under local anesthesia in the upper or lower jaw.

We perform this procedure in our clinic thanks to a traditional surgery or safe, minimally invasive, computer-guided surgery which uses the revolutionary Nobel Guide technology.

The advantages of this procedure are a significant reduction in operating time, maximum comfort and safety for our patients, as well as absence of pain during the procedure and in the post-operative phase.

What is Nobel Guide?

Thanks to Swiss Nobel Guide technology, dental implant placement becomes a nearly painless and highly reliable procedure. Following a meticulous examination of the patient's mouth by the dentist, a dento-facial scanner is used.

Using computer software and 3D visualization of the patient's jaw, the dentist plans the steps of the procedure digitally, selecting the ideal position, model, and size of the implants. After collecting and planning all the data, a custom surgical guide is created, perfectly adapting to the patient's jaw anatomy. Following this, the dentist will place the dental implants through small calibrated holes in the surgical guide.

This revolutionary technique allows for the safe placement of dental implants without any incisions or sutures, thus avoiding swelling, inflammation, and post-operative pain, promoting better tissue healing. On the same day as the procedure, patients also have the option to leave the clinic with temporary teeth directly attached to the implants. Several months after the procedure, once the bone has fully healed, the permanent teeth are attached to the implants.
